Casablanca Beauty® offers a warranty on all products as well as worldwide shipping. All orders ship from our headquarters in the US.

We ship all our products by USPS (United States Postal Service). All orders ship next business day for USPS First class economy and USPS Priority shipping methods. USPS Express same day if purchase is completed by 2:00 PM EST.
IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES
Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package(s). All applicable customs, import duties, fees, taxes, and any other charges are the customer’s responsibility (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery).
return & exchange policy
We are committed to your satisfaction as a valued customer and we are pleased to offer
a "No Risk/Exchange Policy" on most of our products. No refunds, only exchanges or store credit for unopened/unused Ooh LaLaura Lashes™ and hair extensions due to hygienic reasons. Products for exchanges must be returned to Casablanca Beauty® within 30 days.
You will be responsible for any and all shipping and handling costs for any product(s) returning to us for any reason. All items will be tested upon receipt. Any item found not to be damaged or defective will be returned back to you. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Ensure the items returned are properly packaged. We do not accept responsibility for any products returned that are lost or damaged in transit. We recommend you ship using a shipping method that can be tracked. If the above procedure is not followed, we reserve the right to not process the return. Be sure to include order number, name, and email address.

DISCOUNT CODES
Discount codes must be applied at time of checkout- You must press "Apply" to see the order total update. We cannot adjust any prices after the order has been submitted. Only one code can be used on a purchase. Coupon codes cannot be applied to previous purchases, nor can they be retroactively applied after an order has been placed.
